Dr. Maximilian Koch & Irene Krötlinger

The duo from Vienna has been advising and coaching companies and executives in change processes for more than 30 years. In addition to their company human assets, the organization and management experts have also been running the Reiss Profile Academy Austria for 20 years. They are among the most accomplished Reiss Motivation Profile® experts and users, having also maintained close contact with Steven Reiss. In their work, they focus primarily on the effectiveness of leadership in organizations. In reflecting on the individual effectiveness of people, the Reiss Motivation Profile® is an indispensable building block of their work. Max Koch studied business administration and Irene Krötlinger is a graduate psychologist. Both are trained and experienced instructional coaches.

Päivi Mayor

Päivi Mayor has about 30 years of experience in leadership and HR development in different international organizations. She has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Finland and a PhD from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Together with Daniele Gianella, she holds the Reiss Motivation Profile® license contract for the five Nordic countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Iceland. Besides this responsibility, she is a Senior Leadership Lecturer at Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Finland. Her main areas of expertise are motivation, leadership, self-leadership, and team development. She has also written books about motivational leadership and how to use the Reiss Motivation Profile® to help others succeed in today’s complex world.
