The e-learning course for the Reiss Motivation Profile®-Master

You are not bound to a fixed date and place for a face-to-face course, but have the opportunity to learn flexibly and at your own pace. In addition, you can delve deeper into individual topics exactly where you want.

After you have completed the online certification, you can start using the application immediately.
In order to be able to work professionally with the Reiss Motivation Profile®, we invite you to complete the RMP Master Certification. The certification will provide you with knowledge of the scientific development and underlying test theory of the Reiss Motivation Profile®, as well as how to administer and interpret the test with your clients.
Requirements for future Reiss Motivation Profile® Masters:
- Completed vocational training or completed university degree
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the area where the RMP and the chosen product version will be applied
- to use the Reiss Motivation Profile® Self Discovery / original version you need a completed professional training or completed studies in the psychosocial field (e.g. psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker, marriage therapist, etc.).
Quality assurance: Refresher training is required if no RMP profiles have been created in three years. The refresher training is online and free of charge.
